Amar Ajnalkar: Tell our readers about yourself?
Divisha Agrawal: I’m Divisha Agrawal. I’m an Engineering student and a Digital Content Creator. I create content on Fashion, Travel, Beauty and Lifestyle. I have my own website where I post blogs on topics based on the above-mentioned category.
Amar Ajnalkar: How did you come up with the name for your blogging site?
Divisha Agrawal: Well, the name of my blogging site ‘The Slick Code’ came up with a simple fact that my style is pretty slick and the website is a place wherein I showcase my style of writing, posing and representing my ideas.
Amar Ajnalkar: What is the best thing about being a blogger?
Divisha Agrawal: The best part about being a blogger is that I get to meet a lot of people, and become a part of their stories. I get to experience many things vicariously. Also, people trust you and respect your opinions about anything and that’s something which makes it the best industry to be in. You get to connect with people all around the world on a personal and professional level.
Amar Ajnalkar: What is the best collaboration experience that you have done with a brand?
Divisha Agrawal: I have just started out as a blogger so I haven’t been in contact with any brand as of now but I’m looking forward to work with brands and excited to create some amazing content for them.
Amar Ajnalkar: How many hours a day do you work and hows your daily schedule?
Divisha Agrawal: My schedule is pretty much like a college student. I’m pursuing blogging part-time so I do my college work till evening and after that I work on my pictures, editing, working on captions and content creation for my blog. I mostly try and schedule a shoot on weekends so I can create as much content as possible.
Amar Ajnalkar: Is the blogging profession affected your family life? if yes then how?
Divisha Agrawal: Yes, it has affected my family in a positive way. They are very supportive of it and sometimes, everyone helps me to click photos whenever I ask them to.
Amar Ajnalkar: What motivates you in life?
Divisha Agrawal: I’m a Dreamer. I have big dreams in life and I know that only I can fulfil them by working hard. Luckily, I’ve found something that I love doing and hence it motivates me to get out of bed every day and work towards achieving my goals. Also, the support of my family and friends keeps me motivated all the time.
Amar Ajnalkar: What are your favourite books or movies related to your niche?
Divisha Agrawal: Well, I still have a lot of books in my to-read list but my favorite books as of now are Ikigai: The Japanese Secret to Long and Happy Life and The Magic by Rhonda Bryne. I absolutely love the movie ZNMD and The Pursuit of Happiness. Other than that, I relate to the movie Confessions of a Shopaholic and the series Girl Boss.
Amar Ajnalkar: What surprising lessons have you learned while blogging?
Divisha Agrawal: Blogging has taught me many lessons including Discipline, Time management and Dealing with Negativity and hate on Social Media. I’ve learnt how to be confident in your own skin and just focus on creating more and more quality content without worrying about people’s judgment.
Amar Ajnalkar: Top 3 skills required to become a successful blogger.
Divisha Agrawal: Firstly, Consistency is the key. Secondly, Being honest with your audience is really important and lastly, Producing original quality content to engage your audience.
Amar Ajnalkar: Hows your experience with Amar Ajnalkar?
Divisha Agrawal: It was a great experience sharing my thoughts with Amar Ajnalkar and I’m glad and grateful to be a part of this.

Divisha Agrawal: I would like to say that if you want to pursue anything in life, you should not wait for the right time and start now. Just research about the basics and you’re good to go.
Also, if I talk about blogging, people think that content creation is an easy task, just clicking photos and posting them, but I’d like to clear this misconception, it involves a series of tasks that you have to do on your own. It’s a full-time job. It requires you to constantly improve your skillset. Hence, it’s not easy but if you love doing it, it becomes the easiest. So, pursue what you really love.
