Interview with Sujitha Krishnamoorthy: Sujitha Krishnamoorthy is a Fitness Influencer. She is a professional nutritionist. We had a great conversation while Interview with Sujitha Krishnamoorthy.

Amar Ajnalkar: Tell our readers about yourself? 

Sujitha Krishnamoorthy: Hey Guys!!!, This is Sujitha Krishnamoorthy. I’m an engineer by profession. I’m also a nutritionist, and a part-time fitness influencer by passion. I love to workout, eat healthily, and influence people around me for a healthy lifestyle. I create fitness & lifestyle content on my Instagram. And personally I always believe I have born to be true, not to be perfect !!!!!. 

Amar Ajnalkar: How did you come up with the name for your Instagram account?

Sujitha Krishnamoorthy: My short name – Suji Krish, since I’m a fitness influencer I want people to find out that from my name. So, I just added fit to my real name. That turned out to be sujikrish_fit. 

Amar Ajnalkar: what is the best thing about being an influencer?

Sujitha Krishnamoorthy: The best thing about being an influencer is you can influence people. In my case, I influence people for healthy living and being fit. Being fit doesn’t mean just being physically fit but also mental well-being, creating a happy aura around you. Also being an influencer helps meeting different kinds of people from different parts of the world and also you get to work with many brands.

Amar Ajnalkar: What is the best collaboration experience that you have done with a brand?

Sujitha Krishnamoorthy: I’m a pretty new influencer and still, I had a couple of national & international brands. it went very well with all the brands and I’m so happy to work with them. The best collaboration will be with Under Armor India. Its an amazing brand and I love working with them. 

Amar Ajnalkar: How many hours a day do you work and hows your daily schedule?

Sujitha Krishnamoorthy: This depends on my free time since I’m a part-time influencer and I have a full-time job so whenever I find the time I create as much content as possible for my post. Probably I can say an hour a day. 
And talking about daily schedules, I have a full-time job apart from that I workout every day at least for 2hours. 

Amar Ajnalkar: Is the influencer profession affected your family life

Sujitha Krishnamoorthy: Actually No. They have always been supportive, helpful, and happy for what I’m now. 

Amar Ajnalkar: What motivates you in life?

Sujitha Krishnamoorthy: It’s ME. Because I have an urge to achieve something in life. whenever I see myself in the mirror, I can hear that inner voice “achieve something in life”, “chase that success”. knowing the fact my hard work and perseverance will help me achieve greater success is what makes me keep going.

Amar Ajnalkar: What are your favorite books or movies related to your niche?

Sujitha Krishnamoorthy: I haven’t really read the books. The movie I can say, the pursuit of happiness. I like to watch vlogs of some fitness professionals and yoga professionals. 

Amar Ajnalkar: What surprising lessons have you learned while influencing?

Sujitha Krishnamoorthy: The first thing it helped me to gain a lot of confidence. It thought me to avoid negativity, negative people and always made me stay positive & focused. 

Amar Ajnalkar: Top 3 skills required to become a successful influencer

Sujitha Krishnamoorthy: First, you need to love what you do! be passionate about what you do and what you create.  Second, be patient & positive. Just avoid the negativity. Third, be consistent & informative. provide what your readers need.

Hi #fitfam !!!! Hope your doing good during this quarantine!! Today I’m gonna give you simple 4-step nighttime skin routine for clear skin !!! #clearskin . As a skin care enthusiast, there is noting better than unwinding after a long day and pampering your skin !! And because our skin regenerate in the evening, this is prime time to focus on restoring it !!!! . For my night time skin care, my basic routine looks like this.: ▫️cleanse. ▫️treat. ▫️hydrate. ▫️moisturize. Serum is a product with a concentrated amount of focused ingredients to tackle certain skin issues. 🔹 for acne : BHA, AHA ( lactic acid, glycolic acid, mendelic acid). 🔹hyperpigmentation : vitamin C, niacinamide, luv rose extract, alpha Arbutin. 🔹 anti- aging : retinol, peptide. My picks: truth serum vit c @olehenriksen, the ordinary alpha arbutin 2% + HA. !!! ◻️Step 3: hydrate – using toner adds additional boost of hydration when my skin is feeling dehydrated! Toner is a water like product that’s formulated with other beneficial ingredients that help to add more hydration to our skin. My picks – SK-ll facial treatment essence @skii .!!!!!. ◻️Step 4 : moisturize – it helps to lock in all the goodness that you’ve just put on your skin, while ensuring your skin stays hydrated.
